1 day contains 24 hours or 1440 minutes or 86400 seconds how do we make them count. Too often days just disappear and before you know its bedtime and you think about all the things you haven’t done.
Is this because you are busy doing urgent things rather than important things? Each day only exists once so make each count by focusing on what is important to you.
You can’t always control what happens to you. Life has a way of throwing you a curve ball when you least expect it. People do unexpected and sometimes crazy things.
You can however control how you react to the things that happen to you. By taking a breath and thinking positively about the stimulus (the something happening) before you respond the chances are you will get a much better outcome. Give it a try for a week and see what happens.
